submitted by Penny M. - |Recommended: YesI recently had the pleasure of helping my daughter move in to the Modera Edgewater community in Miami, FL. The entire expirience from the application process to the move in was smooth and effortless. Joseph, the manager helped by answering all application questions and making himself available. Sahira, the assistant community manager, was there at move in and made it a stress free day. She first welcomed us with genuinely kind hospitality and then gave us a tour of the extremely beautiful and immaculate property. It is obvious that the staff at Modera Edgewater takes pride in caring for the property and community members

submitted by Lishaunda H. - |Recommended: YesMy personal experience thus far — Despite my less than a year as a resident here at the Modera, I can strongly say that I'm enjoying my place. It's cozy as well as private due to being in the corner of the hallway 👍🏼....I love the peace and quite and so far my neighbor is cool. There's only two downfalls to this building. First being the trash chute is exceptionally far from my unit, and second it should be enforced somehow for ALL residents to clean up after their pets in addition to regulating where ALL the pets should and shouldn't use as bathroom's. Overall I like living at the Modera.
response from property -Lishaunda, Thank you for your feedback on ways we can improve Modera Edgewater, as well as your kind remarks. We are delighted that you enjoy your apartment home, and look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks again! Joe Blackburn Community Manager
