|Recommended: YesMy personal experience thus far — Despite my less than a year as a resident here at the Modera, I can strongly say that I'm enjoying my place. It's cozy as well as private due to being in the corner of the hallway 👍🏼....I love the peace and quite and so far my neighbor is cool. There's only two downfalls to this building. First being the trash chute is exceptionally far from my unit, and second it should be enforced somehow for ALL residents to clean up after their pets in addition to regulating where ALL the pets should and shouldn't use as bathroom's. Overall I like living at the Modera.

|Recommended: YesI love everything but the balcony regulations — There are so many residents hanging cloth, towels and other stuff on the balconies, I think this shouldn't be permitted and the penalty should be strong that way they don't do it again.

|Recommended: YesThe property is extremely clean and very desirable — From the moment I had my first self guided walk through the property and the model unit, I knew this was the place for me. Everywhere I looked things were clean organized and appealing to the eyes. I just moved in and I am excited to hit some of the amenities. Like we were taught to save the best for last, Joe, Sahira and the entire staff really made me feel right at home. They made my entire process very smooth. Thank You.
