I don't believe that anyone working in the leasing office received a second of customer service training, and they certainly did not have any beforehand. I've never encountered more people who acted offended by simply being asked to do something within their job role After dealing with a handful of issues with the logistics of moving into my apartment here, the main issues I had were surrounding the mail room. I had many packages of all sizes that were lost and never found. I've never had so many issues end with zero resolution. The leasing office takes no responsibility for things well within their control. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone if you're a resident with an issue, and if you do go down to the leasing office and someone's actually there , be ready to be met with an annoyed look and an attitude GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.
response from property -Hi Sean, I spoke to Savannah, I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. When Savannah and I spoke initially on January 13, 2023, she was in search of a package misdelivered to our address in September 2022, a few months ago. We took the time to look through the packages in the case that the package was found, unfortunately, it could not be located, this took some time as we do have several designated areas where packages can be delivered by the carrier. When you both moved out in 2020, package deliveries worked differently than they know as we have since implemented a Luxer package room where carriers deliver packages directly, carriers no longer check in with us at the leasing office for packages as codes are sent out directly to residents. As the package was delivered when you were no longer a resident, these are generally returned back by the carriers as they would not have been able to access your name as a resident within the delivery system. Garage door is always broken, amenities are never clean, people that don’t live in this complex wander in and use the pool and amenities, cars and other personal items get stolen all the time. My car was robbed from my assigned parking spot and the management does not own up to it. If you want to live in an expensive dorm room This is your place
