Moved in few weeks ago, saw some neighbors leave their bikes in garage behind their cars, so I trusted and decided to do the same, today when I came back from dinner, didn't find my bike. So for the ones that leave their bikes there, please lock them or use the storage for the bikes in the garage. Every week I experienced things that proves that some of our neighbors aren't the nicest persons, don't have manners and disrespect the others with their actions. So if you see someone riding an orange Trek Marlin 7 mountain bike around the property and isn't a short guy with glasses me then is a thief, hopefully not a neighbor. Filed the police report and hopefully they can access the tapes of the garage, be safe neighbors.

Maybe just to be more strict with the neighbors about their pets, in just a week I've seen pee in the elevetors, dog poop in the halls. I would encourage to the neighbors owning pets to always walk their dogs with the proper cleaning things, nothing to blame on the pets, but the owners CAN'T just leave the place without cleaning poop or pee of their pets.

It's been hard to take advantage of the many things due to COVID, but the months prior to this were great and the place is well kept. The location is great because it is near everything we like to do and places we like to hang. We have had some noise issues with neighbors above us, despite the floor and ceiling being pure concrete sounds like they're running marathons up there . But, that can be normal for most apartment buildings. I will say that whenever there are issues the office has addressed them quickly. Sahira is very professional and the best at getting things handled quickly. There are still some things that need addressing, as it appears that people who are moving in don't know how to live among others, as they let their dogs walk off-leash against property rules and against the law in Miami , they slam their doors don't understand because it closes automatically, you don't need to let it slam , and there are still those who despite it being a non-smoking building, sit on the steps and on their balconies smoking and throwing their remains on the sidewalk. Especially during COVID while the office has been closed, there are many taking advantage of no one being here full time. Some of this could be that there are a LOT of younger individuals here who appear to be in their first apartments or new to apartment living, as they're still learning how to conduct themselves. To that end, the one thing we enjoyed by renting condos in the past versus an apartment is 24-hour concierge and security, which is not available here. It's just nicer high-end touch and usually available for the price point in most buildings. This way when there are things that need to be addressed, they're on it immediately. Lastly, I don't want this to seem overly negative, because there are far more things that are great about the place like the virtual office space to use for meetings, the gym, etc. We do enjoy living here and we will most likely renew when our lease comes up, depending on further experience and whether there will be a significant rent hike in the new period. But We do like it here and we love our space.

The apartments are brand new, the staff is really professional and helpful, and I absolutely love the layout and the amenities. Unfortunately, noise can be an issue, my neighbors are really loud when walking in the hallway, and I can also hear everything from the unit above mine. In my opinion, the community cleanliness and sanitation could be better, the carpets in the hallway need to be deep cleaned every now and then, and some residents could contribute by cleaning up after their pets especially when they potty in the hallway, elevators, and stairways... Actually there should be a fine for this kind of carelessness...

submitted by Eduardo C. - |Recommended: NoNice but noisy — Specially if you have an upstairs neighbor that bounces a golf ball or something at night and I do not recommend to anyone moving on an apprtment facing 25th street as we get aughufll wake up calls , twice a week, including saturdays from the rubbish truck that comes around 5 am.
