|Recommended: YesLoving it so far — Love my place, love the amenities. I wish the parking spaces weren't so tight. I have a truck and struggle to stay between the lines and not hit the wall car next to me. Also, the spots are short, so my tail or nose is always sticking out therefore I can't park in corners bc I slightly block the parking adjacent to me.
My other only complaint is the coffee maker. I wish it wouldn't end at 4 00p on the dot. Can you extend it to 7 or 8 That'd be nice.

|Recommended: YesI Love Modera Edgewater — I love the community, overall look and feel of the building, amenities, and location. The only thing I would say is that the walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbors if they speak or do something a little louder than normal. You can also hear the water trickling down from the upstairs apartment other tenants have also mentioned that they can hear the water in their apartment . Overall, I would recommend living here, but the thin walls are the only thing that I'm not 100 satisfied with.

|Recommended: YesEverything is top class except the Wifi Connection in the PH rec area and lobby does not work well — The wifi is extremely slow. One of the reasons I rented here is a very nice launch area from where i can work. Yesterday was my first day and the connection to the internet is extremely slow. I please ask that you fix this, otherwise this apartment building ill not work for me. It might be a very small detail but for me its a very important one. I'm sure that for other residents also.
